Method

1. For the perfect Cheese and Saucisson Board, always serve cheese and charcuterie at room temperature

2. Remove your cheeses and saucisson from the fridge one hour before serving

2. Cut your cheeses just before serving (about 100-120g per person) and slice the saucisson as thin as you can

3. Decant  your red wine to air and let it open up

4. Arrange the cheeses from light towards stronger flavours, moving clockwise to give your guests the ultimate experience when tasting

There is no better party food in the world….cheese and saucisson are a perfect match…enjoy and keep the wine flowing!

Caviar canapes

Ingredients (serves 4)

30g Caviar of your choiceView Options

Method

  1. When making Caviar Canapés, first warm the blinnies in a dry frying pan on low heat (no oil or butter).
  2. Place the blinnies on a plate or serving board, add sour cream on top of the blinnes and a generous portion of caviar.
  3. Garnish your Caviar Canapés with wild garlic flowers. These flowers are edible and are great for decoration, much better than chives, in my opinion.

The best way to start a party!
