Our specialised gastronomic range of pâtés and terrines have developed from a combination of our own specific recipes to sourcing individual Artisan producers.

We are presently working with an Artisan who uses only locally grown, seasonal and wild ingredients to produce the most amazing terrines that we have tasted so far.
