Aquitaine Caviar is made from the Acipenser Baeri which is a major species of sturgeon from Russia.

Aquitaine Caviar is acknowledged as being one of the best. Crafted in South-West France, its delicate salting brings out the full expression of its long, hazelnut flavours on the palate. With its full sized grains, its extremely fine skin ranges in colour from anthracite grey to golden brown. It will surprise the palate of the most discerning connoisseur.

Introducing our highly sought-after and much-loved Aquitaine Caviar, coveted by caviar connoisseurs around the world. Sustainably sourced from Baerii sturgeon that are exclusively farmed in the Aquitaine region of South West France. It takes 7 years for these fish to produce their eggs which range from steely grey in colour to shades of golden brown. Providing a stunning garnish for many seafood dishes.

These delicate pearls have a lovely melt-in-the-mouth texture and herbaceous minerality on the palate. As they burst and pop in your mouth, savour an array of flavours. These include butter, hazelnut and fresh earthy notes that linger.

Enjoy these little grains of caviar on its own. Or serve as a luxurious garnish by sprinkling them over oysters, seared scallops or smoked salmon blinis.

  • Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
  • Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
