Description
Beluga Caviar epitomises the best caviar in the world. It has the largest egg and is historically the most expensive of all sturgeon. Steely grey in colour, this Beluga caviar has an usually delicate egg. The taste is legendarily with subtle hints of walnut and a wonderful soft and creamy texture.
In the wild, the mighty Beluga can live for 100 years, grow to 4.5 meters long, weigh more than an average-sized car. Beluga is the rarest of all sturgeon.
Food and Wine Pairing
Absolutely nothing pairs better with caviar than champagne. The bubbles complement the saltiness of the delicate pearls giving a creamy smoothness on the palate. Why not try some with our Bollinger Spécial Cuvée for a classic pairing.
