Autumn Truffles’ (Tuber Uncinatum Chatin) have much more intense flavours than Summer Truffles and have a much darker flesh. Simply shave a few slices over your foie gras, steak, pasta and risotto. Or use them for a fancy breakfast. You can store the truffles next to your eggs in a well-sealed box or in a Kilner Jar to infuse the eggs with wonderful truffle flavours and aromas. Then treat yourself to the ultimate truffle omelette.
The Autumn Truffle Season runs from the end of September until December. All our truffles are shipped directly from Italy.
