Black Autumn Truffles: Fresh 100g
The Autumn Truffles’ (Tuber Uncinatum Chatin) season starts at the end of September and runs until December. They are shipped directly from Italy.
They have much more intense flavour than the Summer Truffles and have a much darker flesh.
Simply shave few slices over your foie gras, steak, pasta, risotto- or use them for a fancy breakfast. You can store the truffles next to your eggs in a well sealed box or in a kilner jar in order to infuse the eggs and have the ultimate truffle omelette.
