Introducing our Black Pudding Stick from Oakwell. This award-winning sausage uses only 100% natural ingredients including fresh pig’s blood, pearl barley, barley flour, pork back-fat and bacon trim.
If you are craving a traditional Full English Breakfast with all the trimmings then this Black Pudding Stick is the one for you. Simply slice and fry and serve you’re your favourite sausages, bacon, eggs and beans. Savoury, herby and utterly delicious!
This Black Pudding is also great when crumbled with such dishes as mash potato or bubble and squeak. And complements fresh scallops beautifully for a classic starter.
Feeling adventurous? Why not make Black Pudding and Apple Stuffed Chicken. This recipe is fantastic. Remove the Black Pudding from its casing and use it along with a slice of apple to stuff some chicken breasts. Roast in the oven and sit back and enjoy a delicious sweet and savoury flavour combination.

Cooking Instructions: Simply slice then fry or grill for 6-8 minutes.
Storage: Keep chilled. Store below 5C. Once opened use within 5 days. Suitable for freezing.
