Our Bratwurst German Sausages are made from a traditional German recipe. This uses 91% of the finest pork meat seasoned with a carefully selected blend of herbs and spices.
This high-quality German banger with its high meat content means these sausages are perfect for frying, grilling or sizzling on a summer BBQ.
Why not serve them with some German potato salad, a fresh green salad and a dollop of your favourite German mustard on the side. Equally, good with mash potato and braised red cabbage or in a lentil and sausage casserole. But perhaps one of the best ways to enjoy these authentic Bratwurst German Sausages is in a hot dog bun. Top with some grainy mustard and serve with sauerkraut and a large stein of beer in hand!

Although nearly any food is capable of causing an allergic reaction, only the bellow listed foods account for 90 percent of all food-allergic reactions. These foods are:

- Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid

Ingredients: Pork Meat 91%, Fat, Water, Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Flavour Enhancer: E621: Glucose Sirup, Aroma, Natural Pork Casing.
Storage: Keep refrigerated between 0 and 7°C. Once open, consume within two days. Do not exceed Use By Date.
Cooking: Cook thoroughly until piping hot and juices run clear.
