Our Smoked Salmon is sourced from the Scotch Smoked Salmon Company. Renowned for their premium quality and artisanal approach to curing and smoking fish. The salmon is farmed in Scottish Waters, as well as Norway and Ireland, and smoked using traditional oak smoke boxes. And it is this that gives this delicious Salmon its unique taste, distinctive flavour and creamy melt-in-the-mouth texture.
There is no better way to complement this delicious salmon than with a glass or two of our fantastic Premier Cru Champagne. This perfectly balanced Champagne from the House of Duménil has delicate aromas of white flowers, apple, and brioche. Making it a match made in heaven.

- Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
