Our Chicken Liver Pâté with Black Winter Truffles is produced by a small Italian family, based in San Pietro in Umbria, Italy. Their passion for truffles and anything to do with truffles is second to none. They have dedicated their lives to producing the most outstanding range of truffle products, and this pâté is one of them.
This pâté blends the finest free-range chicken livers with the exquisite flavours of black winter truffles. Enhanced by a generous dash of Cognac and Marsala wine. Rich and earthy, with a wonderfully creamy velvety texture, this pate really is a little jar of heaven.
Packed with flavour, this pate makes a sensational starter. Is great as a decadent supper and brilliant to take on summer picnics. Or why not enjoy it as part of a cheese and charcuterie board. Simply serve with warm crusty bread or spread generously on freshly made toast. To elevate it even further, sprinkle with thin shavings of dark chocolate or a spoonful of fig jam. For allergens, this product contains Sulphites and Milk. It may contain Nuts, Gluten, Fish, Shellfish, Eggs, Celery, Soy.
Storage: Store in a dry place and away from heat; once opened, keep in the refrigerator and use within 5 days
