Food and Wine Pairing
All of our Favourite Whites pair with chicken dishes. But if you are a red wine drinker and want to bring out the richer, meaty flavours of our chicken wings pair them with our fantastic Sangiovese from Emilia Romagna in Italy.

- Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid

Storage: Keep refrigerated . Eat within 3 days of opening. Suitable for home freezing. If frozen use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
Cooking: Cook thoroughly until piping hot and juices run clear.
