Corn Fed Chicken Thighs are a real treat. Fed on a diet rich in corn, these chickens are juicy, tender and golden yellow in colour. They have a greater depth of flavour making their thighs perfect for classic casserole dishes such as Chicken Chasseur and Coq Au Vin. Or why not use to them to cook up a quick and easy supper such as Lemon Chicken and Thyme Tray Bake or perhaps some Sticky Chinese Chicken Thighs.
If it looks like good weather, you can always pop a few of these Chicken Thighs on the barbeque having marinaded them in orange and honey overnight. Sweet, sticky and absolutely delicious. Simply serve with a fresh cucumber and tomato salad and some homemade coleslaw.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Eat within 3 days of opening. Suitable for home freezing. If frozen use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
Cooking: Cook thoroughly until piping hot and juices run clear.
