Description

These cornichons or mini French gerkins are grown naturally without any pesticides and jarred without preservatives. Perfect for pickle aficionados who like to add some crunch and flavour to their daily diet!

These fine French cornichons are extremely versatile. Delicious with pates, terrines, rilletes, charcuterie and smoked fish. Also a wonderful addition to go with cheese. You can also use them chopped up in tartare, salsa verde and other sauces. And don’t forget the pickling vinegar with its fragrant tarragon and mustard seeds as this makes the most amazing salad dressing when mixed with our lemon flavoured olive oil.

  • Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
  • Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
  • Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
