Remove the ready confit duck legs from the vacuum pack and gently scrape away any excess fat. Don’t throw away the delicious duck fat! Store it in the fridge or freeze in portions, then use it to make extra-crispy roast potatoes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C, place the legs skin side up on a roasting tray. At this point you can drizzle with honey and roast for 15-20 min or until the skin turns golden, nice and crispy.
The meat is succulent and tender. Can easily be pulled off the bone.
