Description

Our Duck Rillettes with Black Trumpet Mushrooms is made from the finest ingredients. The duck meat is slowly poached in its own fat until wonderfully tender. It is then strained and shredded and mixed with delicious Black Trumpet Mushrooms to make this fantastic rustic pâté.

Rich, decadent and luxurious – simply spread it on some warm crusty bread or serve as part of a charcuterie board. It also makes the perfect addition to any picnic basket and a great way to enjoy a spot of alfresco dining.

We suggest serving our Duck Rillettes with Black Trumpet Mushrooms at room temperature to enjoy its perfect creaminess.
