A fantastic saucisson with no additional flavouring, allowing you to experience the full depth of flavour of the duck.

An all round exceptional saucisson to enjoy at all times.

Remember, duck meat is lean and its fat is unsaturated (the healthy one). Serve thinly sliced on your charcuterie board with a slightly chilled pinot noir.
