Description

Our Feta Cheese is a traditional Greek Cheese made from Sheep’s and Goat’s Milk. Which gives this Feta its unique flavour and texture. Typically aged in brine, it has a delicious tangy salty taste with a soft and creamy texture. Because it crumbles so easily, it is incredibly versatile making it ideal for sprinkling over salads, a brilliant ingredient to bake with or to serve as part of a cheese board.

Bring the taste of Greece and the Mediterranean to your cooking, by pairing this wonderful cheese with sweet ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and olive oil as part of an authentic Greek Salad. Or why not try a Watermelon, Feta and Mint Salad as a cool, refreshing alternative.

When it comes to baking try cooking a classic Greek Spanakopita. If you have never tried it before, you are in for an absolute treat! This delicious savoury Greek Pie consists of layers of crispy, golden filo pastry which encase a rich spinach and feta cheese filling. Equally good are Baked Feta and Dill Frittata and Courgette and Feta Fritters. All work brilliantly as summer lunches or as part of picnic spread!

So why not cook up a storm of Mediterranean dishes with our delicious Feta Cheese.
