Description

Our Rack of Veal is a real showstopper and a great choice if you are looking for an extra special Sunday Roast. French Trimmed by our Master Butcher, this premium cut of veal is wonderfully tender and packed full of flavour. As the rib bones keep the meat moist and juicy while cooking.

It is bound to impress family and friends and is surprisingly easy to cook. Simply marinate in garlic, rosemary and thyme overnight. Then sear in a frying pan first, fat side up. And finish by roasting in the oven to ensure a beautifully caramelised crust and juicy white meat.

After letting this joint rest, slice down between the bones and serve one chop per person. Sprinkle each chop with a few drops of Truffle Oil and enjoy with plenty of crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a creamy wild mushroom sauce. Delicious!

If you are looking for something a bit different or want to cook up a family feast that is one to remember, our Rack of Veal is the perfect roast and definitely a crowd pleaser.

Food and Wine Pairing
Roast Veal is a real treat and deserves a great bottle of wine. Both whites and reds go well with veal. Opt for a gently oaked Chardonnay or fruity Pinot Noir which pair beautifully and complement the subtle flavours of veal.

Our French Trimmed Rack of Veal weighs approximately 2kg.
