Introducing our Gruyere Reserve Cheese. This popular Swiss Cheese, made from unpasteurized cow’s milk uses a traditional recipe and production processes that have remained unchanged for hundreds of years. And it takes its name from the medieval town of Gruyere, nestled in the foothills of the Alps.

This delicious hard yellow alpine cheese is known for its rich, creamy texture and distinctive nutty flavour. Aged and matured for 12 months, it has incredible depth of flavour and is a really versatile cheese.

It makes a fantastic addition to any cheese board. Simply enjoy with some warm crusty bread, your favourite charcuterie and a fine bottle of wine. However, its ability to melt easily also means it can be added to all kinds of recipes.

It is the perfect cheese to use if you want to make a classic cheese fondue. Or if you are after a quick snack why not pair with some farmhouse ham and make a delicious croque monsieur sandwich. It is also brilliant to use as a topping for French Onion Soup and will give your scones, quiches and gratins a wonderful rich cheesy flavour.

  • Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
  • Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
