This Duck Foie Gras is utterly delicious when served with a chilled glass of our Gusbourne Brut Reserve. A fantastic English Sparkling Wine that brims with ripe citrus flavours and orchard fruit notes of red apple and pear with hints of white peach and raspberry. Soft spice and toasted nuts sit alongside the generous fruit character, leading to a long, focused, mineral finish.
