Our Halal Whole Ribeye Joint, Aged For 28 Days, +/- 3-4 Kg is a substantial cut of beef. It is ideal for generous roasts, family meals, celebrations and special occasions.. Supplied as one whole joint, it can be roasted whole or portioned into individual ribeye steaks according to your preference.
The ribeye is aged for 28 days to help develop the natural flavour of the beef and improve its tenderness. Ribeye is known for its natural marbling, which contributes to the rich flavour and juicy texture of the meat when cooked.
With an approximate weight of 3–4kg, this whole ribeye joint is well suited to serving a larger group. You can cook the joint whole and carve it into slices, or prepare it into steaks before cooking. It can be seasoned simply with salt and pepper or prepared with your favourite herbs and seasonings.
This is a raw halal beef product, making it suitable for customers following Halal dietary requirements. The joint can also be frozen for later use, subject to the storage instructions and use-by information supplied with the product.
As with all natural meat products, the exact weight, shape, thickness and amount of marbling can vary from one joint to another. The advertised weight is approximately 3–4kg.
For the best results, allow the meat to reach the appropriate temperature before cooking and rest the joint after cooking before carving. Cooking times will vary depending on the size of the joint and your preferred level of doneness.

- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
