Himalayan Pink Salt Plate
These salt plates are a great way of presenting foie gras, caviar or seafood, and they make a wonderful centrepiece on the dining table. The plates can be slowly heated or chilled to extreme temperatures whilst retaining the heat at a constant temperature for a long time due to the tight lattice of crystals. Infuse a delicate saltiness to the food served on them with the presence of other minerals in the slab, making the salty flavours complex and well-rounded.

Note: After usage, rinse quickly, scrub with a brush, and dab dry – do not submerge in water, use soap or dishwasher.
