The Gyula is a premium quality smoked sausage. The meat is filled into natural casings, seasoned with salt, sweet and hot ground paprika, garlic, pepper and ground caraway. Then smoked, predominantly over beech wood, and cured and preserved by drying.

It is considered to be the “Rolls Royce” of the dried sausage world.
