The ham from the Iberico “Pata Negra” pig is a must have addition to your charcuterie selection. Due to its rich diet of mainly acorns, this pig has a higher fat content which gives it a more intense, deeper flavour compared to the Serrano.

Description

Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
