Tre Foglie is a premium Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Puglia. Made from a carefully selected blend of Coratina, Ogliarola, and Peranzane olives. It has fresh green aromas with hints of green tomato and artichoke. On the finish, there is a slight bitterness with lovely warm peppery notes. So typical of the high quality extra virgin olive oils produced in this region.
This versatile olive oil is great for cooking with and perfect for marinades, vinaigrettes, and salad dressings. Drizzle it over roasted vegetables, homemade pizza, pasta, and salads for an extra burst of flavour. Or simply serve this delicious olive oil as a dip with a splash of balsamic vinegar with some warm crusty bread!

Danilo Manco is an award winning olive oil producer from Puglia in Southern Italy. A region celebrated for its exceptional Italian olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Danilo’s passion for olive oil began in his youth, working alongside his grandfather in the family vineyards of Salento – a sun-drenched area famed for its ancient olive trees and vibrant scenery. This early experience instilled in him a deep respect for sustainable agriculture and traditional olive oil production methods. Today, Danilo blends these cherished traditions with modern practices to create some of the finest extra virgin olive oils in Italy.
Although nearly any food is capable of causing an allergic reaction, only the bellow listed foods account for 90 percent of all food-allergic reactions. These foods are:

- Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Protect from light, heat sources and unpleasant odors. Once opened, minimize exposure to air. Best consumed within 18 months from the date of bottling.
