All of our Japanese Wagyu products are flash frozen so please be aware that they will arrive semi defrosted. We therefore recommend refrigerating them at your earliest opportunity and using them within 14 days.

- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
