The La Explanada Gourmet Assorted Stuffed Olives Selection includes six distinctive olive varieties in one convenient collection.
Although nearly any food is capable of causing an allergic reaction, only the bellow listed foods account for 90 percent of all food-allergic reactions. These foods are:
- Cereals containing gluten, namely: wheat (such as spelt and Khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats
- Crustaceans for example prawns, crabs, lobster, crayfish

- Milk
- Nuts; namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia (or Queensland) nuts
- Celery (including celeriac)
- Mustard
- Sesame
- Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid

Green Olives stuffed with Truffle: water, green olives, truffle paste 6% (truffle, sodium alginate, flavouring), salt, monosodium glutamate and disodium, citric acid, absorbs acid. May contain traces of crusts, fish, tree nuts and milk.
Green Olives stuffed with Jalapeños: water, green olives, jalapeño pepper paste 6% (jalapeno pepper, xanthin gum), salt, monosodium glutamate and disodium, citric acid, absorbs acid. May contain traces of crusts, fish, tree nuts and milk.
Green Olives stuffed with Orange: water, green olives, orange paste 6% (orange, gelling agent, sodium agitate, flavouring), salt, monosodium glutamate and disodium, citric acid, absorbs acid. May contain traces of crusts, fish, tree nuts and milk.
Green Olives stuffed with Blue Cheese: water, green olives, blue cheese paste 6% (blue cheese, gelling agent, soda alginate, flavour), salt, monosodium glutamate and disodium, citric acid, absorbs acid. May contain traces of crusts, fish, tree nuts and milk.
Green Olives stuffed with Roasted Pepper: water, green olives, roasted pepper 6% (roasted pepper, sodium alginate), salt, monosodium glutamate and disodium, citric acid, absorbs acid. May contain traces of crusts, fish, tree nuts and milk.
Olive Cocktail with Picked Vegetables: water, pitted olives and pickles in variable proportions (pitted green olives, gherkins, onions, carrots), salt, extra virgin olive oil, alcohol vinegar, flavour enhances. May contain traces of crusts, fish, tree nuts and milk.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Once open, keep refrigerated in a suitable container and consume within 7 days.
