Description
Our Boned Leg of Lamb is perfect joint if you are looking to cook up a family feast this weekend. Skilfully boned and rolled by our expert Master Butchers, this roast leg of lamb is so easy to cook. Simple pop it in the oven and slow cook for several hours allowing any fat to render through the meat creating a classic roast that is succulent, juicy and mouth-wateringly tender. Simply serve with traditional roast potatoes, your favourite spring vegetables and some homemade mint sauce…delicious!
If you are after something a little bit different, why not serve your Roasted Leg of Lamb with a Mediterranean Chickpea Stew and bowlful of zesty Salsa Verde.
If you happen to have any leftover Roast Lamb, don’t let it go to waste. Why not rustle up a spicy Lamb Curry or Biryani or make some Roast Lamb and Vegetable Soup.
Whether it’s an Easter dinner or Sunday roast, our Boned Leg of Lamb is the ideal choice for those big family meals and celebrations.
Food and Wine Pairing
All our Favourite Reds pair well with lamb especially our Rioja Reserva from Valerrano with its dark berry fruits that complement the flavours of the lamb perfectly.
We also offer a Halal Leg of Lamb Boned and Rolled +/-1.5kg. If you would prefer this option, please let us know in the Notes Box at Checkout.
