Description

Our Leg of Lamb On The Bone is the perfect joint if you are looking to cook up a family feast this weekend. Hand trimmed by our Master Butcher, this versatile and delicious cut of meat is sure to impress and is so easy to cook. Simply slow roast this lamb joint for several hours and enjoy a classic Roast Lamb that is cooked to perfection. Cooking it on the bone will add extra depth of flavour and help keep the meat moist, juicy and tender. Serve with crispy roast potatoes, spring vegetables and some homemade mint sauce…delicious!

If you are after something a little bit different, why not cook a Slow Roast Lamb on a Bed of Ratatouille for a French-inspired Sunday Roast.

If you happen to have any leftover Roast Lamb, don’t let it go to waste. Rustle up a spicy Lamb Curry or Roast Lamb and Vegetable Stew.

Whether it’s an Easter dinner or traditional Sunday roast, our Leg of Lamb On The Bone is the ideal choice for those big family meals and celebrations.

Food and Wine Pairing
All our Favourite Reds pair well with lamb especially our Rioja Reserva from Valerrano with its dark berry fruits that complement the flavours of the lamb perfectly.

We also offer a Halal Leg of Lamb On The Bone 3.5-4kg. If you would prefer this option, please let us know in the Notes Box at Checkout.
