Our Leg of Lamb On The Bone is the perfect joint if you are looking to cook up a large family feast this weekend. A full bone in leg of lamb. At a minimum of 3.5 kg is enough to feed 8-10 people.

Hand trimmed by our Master Butcher, this versatile and delicious cut of meat is sure to impress and is so easy to cook. Simply slow roast this lamb joint for several hours and enjoy a classic Roast Lamb that is cooked to perfection. Cooking it on the bone will add extra depth of flavour and help keep the meat moist, juicy and tender. Serve with crispy roast potatoes, spring vegetables and some homemade mint sauce…delicious!

If you are after something a little bit different, why not cook a Slow Roast Lamb on a Bed of Ratatouille for a French-inspired Sunday Roast.
