Description

Our Nocellara Olives are grown in the south west of Sicily. And have a reputation for being one of the most sought after olive varieties in the world. Also known as Castelvetrano Olives, these Sicilian olives are famous for their vibrant green colour, irresistible buttery-sweet flavour, and crisp, meaty texture.

Traditionally harvested between September and October, these olives are carefully hand-picked to ensure the crop is of the highest quality. They are then sorted, washed and preserved in a light brine to keep them at their best.

Our Nocellara Olives are really versatile. They are great to eat on their own or simply enjoy with some Italian bread and cheese. Delicious in a fresh summer salad, as a tapenade or as added flavour in stews or pasta dishes.

They are also a very popular addition to any antipasto platter or charcuterie board. They pair beautifully with Italian cured meats such as Prosciutto, Salami and Coppa Stagionata. All washed down with a large glass of a good Italian white wine of course!

For those who prefer something a little stronger, why not use these gorgeous olives to create classic cocktails like a Dirty Martini. Bellissimo!

For those who love the authentic taste and flavours of the Mediterranean, these large plump olives are the perfect choice for you.

Pack weighs 5kg and 3.5kg when drained.
