Our Olive-Fed Wagyu Oyster Blade Steak is a cut of beef from just below the shoulder blade. It is a great choice if you want a wagyu steak that is tender, juicy and full of flavour.
All of our British Wagyu comes from cattle reared in the heart of Yorkshire. These cows are raised and nurtured on a special olive-based feed. It is this that gives our British Wagyu its wonderful silky, melt in the mouth texture. Its extensive marbling provides unrivalled flavour combining the rich buttery finish of traditional Japanese Wagyu with the more beefy, iron flavours of British grass-fed beef.

Wine Pairing
Enjoy with a medium or full-bodied wine such as a nice bottle of Bordeaux, Shiraz or Sangiovese. All work brilliantly with these steaks and will go down a treat!
We recommend serving your Wagyu Beef medium rare. Make sure you rest your steak to allow all those delicious juices to absorb into the meat so you can savour this Wagyu Steak’s unbelievable tenderness with every bite.
This meat pack contains one flash frozen Wagyu Oyster Blade Steak of approximately 200g.
Although nearly any food is capable of causing an allergic reaction, only the bellow listed foods account for 90 percent of all food-allergic reactions. These foods are:
- Cereals containing gluten, namely: wheat (such as spelt and Khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats

- Nuts; namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia (or Queensland) nuts
- Celery (including celeriac)

- Sesame
- Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
