Creamy with hints of nectarine and vanilla
Produced by the renowned organic estate Domaine Bousquet, this organic Chardonnay is one of the best Mendoza can offer. Made from 100% organic grapes, this wine is brilliant gold in colour with aromas of ripe nectarines, citrus and lime with hints of vanilla, hazelnut and pear.

About the Producer
Originally from Carcassonne, the Bousquet family arrived in Mendoza in 1990. Seven years later, they bought a parcel of land and planted their first vineyard which allowed the family to combine four generations of traditional winemaking with Mendoza’s ideal winegrowing conditions.
The family estate in Tupungato lies in the foothills of the Andes Mountains which gives the opportunity to plant high altitude vineyards at 4,000 feet above sea level. This high altitude brings plenty of sunshine to ripen the grapes but cooler temperatures at night help preserve the fresh fruit flavours and the natural acidity of the grapes.
For the Reserve range, only the highest quality grapes are used, sourced from the best plots where the poor soils on the mountain slopes encourage the vines to concentrate all the flavours in a few select bunches.
