Oscietra in our opinion, produces one of the finest farmed caviar available. Used by some of London’s top restaurants, Oscietra Caviar has a good sized egg and a wonderful golden sheen typical of Oscietra. It has a nutty, mellow taste, which develops into a rich buttery sweetness. Historically the egg is smaller than Beluga, but with increased farming, the egg size can sometimes be almost as large as its mighty cousin.
