Our Oscietra Caviar is the epitome of luxury and quite simply one of the finest farmed caviars available. Sustainably sourced primarily from Belgium, this wonderful caviar has a good sized egg. Historically the egg is smaller than Beluga. But with increased farming, the egg size can sometimes be almost as large as its mighty cousin. In terms of colour, this caviar typically has a wonderful golden sheen. Its deep brown hues will add a touch of elegance and sophistication to any culinary creation.

- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
