Description
Parmigiano Reggiano PDO is one of Italy’s most celebrated and revered cheeses, produced exclusively in Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, and parts of Bologna and Mantua. Crafted according to centuries-old tradition, this authentic cheese embodies the rich heritage and culinary expertise of Italian cheesemakers. Our 12-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano develops a perfectly balanced flavour profile, with subtle notes of butter, nuts, and a gentle savoury finish. Its aroma is inviting, hinting at the quality and care in every wheel.
Made from 100% raw cow’s milk, natural whey cultures, salt, and traditional animal rennet. This hard cheese contains no additives or preservatives. The careful 12-month aging process gives each wedge a firm yet slightly crumbly texture.  It enhances countless dishes, from fresh pasta and risotto to soups and salads. It also stands beautifully as a gourmet snack, pairing wonderfully with fine wines, fresh fruit, or cured meats. Its complexity grows when paired with balsamic vinegar or honey, adding versatility to any menu.
Each wedge is approximately 1 kg, cut and packaged with care to ensure freshness and preserve its delicate flavors. The variable weight allows you to enjoy a substantial piece of authentic Parmigiano Reggiano in your kitchen. Perfect for both everyday cooking and special occasions, it adds a touch of Italian excellence to every meal.
Ideal for home chefs, food enthusiasts, and anyone seeking a taste of authentic Italy, our Parmigiano Reggiano PDO brings genuine culinary heritage straight to your table. From grating to garnishing or simply enjoying in slices, this cheese represents tradition, quality, and flavour in every bite. Elevate your dishes and create memorable experiences with a wedge of this exquisite, artisanal cheese, crafted with care and heritage that spans generations.
