Pimientos del piquillo come from Navarra in the northern areas of Spain. These small red peppers are charred over wood fires, then peeled by hand, marinated in olive oil with herbs, including garlic, and eventually eaten either alone, in a salad or stuffed. They are without any artificial preservatives or additives.
