Introducing our Polish Kabanos from Krakus. Founded in 1951, Krakus is one of the oldest deli brands in Poland. And has a well-deserved reputation for producing some of the finest dried sausages across the whole of Europe. Offering a taste of tradition with every bite.
Crafted according to a time-honoured Polish recipe, these sausages boast a long, slender shape and a distinctive flavour. Made from premium pork and a carefully selected blend of herbs and spices, they are air-dried, smoked and cured to intensify their delicious, meaty, smoky flavours.
These authentic Kabanos Sausages are a much loved Eastern European delicacy and make the perfect savoury snack or appetizer. Enjoy these irresistible sausages on their own. Although nearly any food is capable of causing an allergic reaction, only the bellow listed foods account for 90 percent of all food-allergic reactions. These foods are:

- Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
