Food and Wine Pairing
Foie Gras and Sweet Wine is a classic pairing. The natural sweetness of the wine complements the opulent flavour of the Foie Gras beautifully whilst its vibrant underlying acidity cuts through the richness of this French delicacy causing it to just melt in the mouth.
We highly recommend pairing this Duck Foie Gras with our fantastic Carmes de Rieussec from Sauternes in Bordeaux. Enjoy its complex aromas and flavours of apricot, marmalade, orange blossom and honey with hints of vanilla. Alternatively, a chilled glass of Bollinger is another brilliant match! Whichever you choose, both are deliciously decadent, moreish and a real treat!

- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
