Our Quince And Rosemary Jam is made by Charles Antona on the beautiful French Mediterranean island of Corsica. Quince like many other fruits flourish on the island due to its temperate climate. Made from a traditional recipe, this fantastic tasting jam uses only the finest quince and wild rosemary.
Golden orange yellow in colour, this lovely preserve has a wonderful quince flavour and gorgeous hints of rosemary running through it. There are also delicious notes of apple, pear, citrus and warming spice.
Our Quince And Rosemary Jam pairs brilliantly with all types of cheese. The sweet quince flavours combine with the saltiness of the cheese giving a match made in heaven! A wonderful addition to any cheese and charcuterie board. Also pairs well with pâté and foie gras.
It is also great with toast, warm crusty bread, crackers and biscuits or to be honest just straight out of the jar!
This jam is certainly very popular. And so makes the perfect gift for foodies, family and friends. And is a must have to enjoy over the Christmas festive season. Happy eating!

- Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid

Storage: Refrigerate once opened. Consume before Best Before Date.
