Food and Wine Pairing
This Duck Foie Gras is utterly delicious when served with a chilled glass of our gorgeous sweet wine which is the 2nd wine of Château Rieussec from Sauternes in Bordeaux. Its aromas are just made for sniffing. Enjoy complex apricot, marmalade and honey with hints of vanilla. When you can tear yourself away and take a sip, you get all of those flavours plus orange blossom, ginger notes and a golden sweetness followed by a gentle wash of acidity to freshen everything up.

When buying flash frozen duck foie gras, please be aware that it will arrive semi defrosted. We therefore recommend refrigerating it at your earliest opportunity and using it straight away. Please consider this when you order your flash frozen foie gras online.
