Our Selection of Corsican Jams are made by Charles Antona on the beautiful French Mediterranean island of Corsica. They are all made using traditional recipes and use only the finest of ingredients.
The selection includes four of our favourite jams.
Our Peach And Apricot Jam With Honey is bright orange yellow in colour. This lovely preserve has a brilliantly fresh stone fruit flavour and gorgeous sweetness. Enhanced by the honey which is harvested from bee hives in the Corsican Mountains.
Our Black Cherry And Thyme Jam is deep purple in colour. It is super tasty and packed full of wonderful wild black cherry flavours with gorgeous hints of thyme.
Our Clementine Jam is bright orange and has a brilliantly fresh citrus flavour and gorgeous tangy taste. And a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness.
They all taste amazing spread over warm buttered toast, croissants or homemade pancakes. So are ideal for the breakfast table!
Last but not least is our Fig Jam. This pairs brilliantly with cheese. The sweet fig flavours combine with the saltiness of the cheese is a match made in heaven! A wonderful addition to any cheese and charcuterie board. Also pairs well with pâté and foie gras.

Although nearly any food is capable of causing an allergic reaction, only the bellow listed foods account for 90 percent of all food-allergic reactions. These foods are:
- Cereals containing gluten, namely: wheat (such as spelt and Khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats
- Crustaceans for example prawns, crabs, lobster, crayfish
- Nuts; namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia (or Queensland) nuts
- Celery (including celeriac)
- Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid

Wild Black Cherry And Thyme Ingredients: Cherry, Cane Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Lemon Juice, Thyme 0.02%. Prepared with 60g of fruit for 100g. Total sugar content is 62g for 100g. May contain traces of nuts, milk, eggs.
Fig Jam Ingredients: Figs, Cane Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin. Prepared with 55g of Fruit for 100g. Total Sugar Content: 62g for 100g. May contain traces of Nuts, Milk, Eggs.
Storage: Refrigerate once opened. Consume before Best Before Date.
