Description
Our Boned Shoulder of Lamb is the perfect cut of meat if you are looking for a truly special Sunday Roast. Meticulously boned and rolled by our Master Butcher, it has then been hand-trimmed and tied. Making this joint of lamb very easy to cook. Simply slow cook and roast with some rosemary and garlic. And in a few hours sit down and enjoy a classic Roast Lamb that is cooked to perfection.
One of the best things about this cut of lamb is that it is boneless, which makes carving a breeze. Each slice of lamb melts in the mouth and is juicy, succulent and packed full of flavour. Serve with plenty of crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and gravy. Not forgetting a generous dollop of delicious homemade mint sauce on the side.
If you happen to have any leftover Roast Lamb, don’t let it go to waste. Why not rustle up some tasty dishes such as a traditional Shepherd’s Pie or a flavoursome Lamb Curry.
So if you are looking for the perfect roast for all the family, our Boned Shoulder of Lamb is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
