Our Siberian Sturgeon Caviar is a highly sought-after and prized delicacy in the world of gourmet cuisine. Sustainably sourced from sturgeon farms primarily in Belgium, this wonderful caviar is extremely popular as it resembles wild caviar both in terms of colour and flavour. The fish eggs are similar in size to that of Oscietra Caviar and range from steely grey in appearance to deep black and therefore act as a stunning garnish for many seafood dishes.
These delicate pearls have a gorgeous silky smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture and an intensely creamy, nutty taste. As they burst and pop in your mouth, savour strong flavours of the sea and notes of hazelnut.
