Food and Wine Pairing
A big, beautiful steak needs a big, powerful Red so we have paired our juicy Sirloin Steak with a magnificent Argentine Malbec from Domaine Bousquet. Deep Violet in colour, this top quality organically farmed Malbec Reserve has enticing notes of forest mushrooms and dark red berries with flavours of violets, dark plums, soft spices and a touch of smooth vanilla oak. Medium bodied with ripe, silky tannins. This wine has a long lasting, flavourful finish that is just perfect with our succulent juicy steaks!

- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
