Our Smoked Salmon is sustainably farmed in Scottish Waters and then smoked by the award-winning smokery Severn & Wye. Located on the estuaries of the Rivers Severn and Wye, this family-run business has a fantastic reputation and supplies many of the country’s top chefs and premium department stores.
Their use of traditional artisan curing and smoking techniques including chipping their own oak wood is what gives this delicious Smoked Salmon its unique taste, distinctive flavour and creamy melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Simply enjoy on some lightly toasted rye bread with a squeeze of lemon. Or why not make some sushi or canapés with cream cheese and a sprinkle of caviar. It also makes great sushi!
