Discover the flavours of these wonderful Spanish Boquerones or White Anchovies from Yurrita. Based in Northern Spain, this family-run company has been pickling and salting fish for over five generations. Their anchovies come from the pristine waters of Cantabrian Sea and are renowned for their exceptional quality and rich flavour throughout the Basque Country and beyond.
Once caught, these anchovies are first hand filleted, cleaned and trimmed. They are then marinated in a special blend of vinegar which gives Boquerones their distinctive white colour. Finally, these anchovy fillets are packed in olive oil to preserve their rich flavour.
Meaty, tender and delicious, these anchovies are perfect for tapas. Pair with olives and cheese. Or try them on tomato bread to create the classic Spanish sandwich, Tosta Matrimonio, where the flavours are truly a match made in heaven! All Yurrita anchovies are caught using sustainable fishing methods and are MSC labelled.

- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid

Storage: Must be kept refrigerated between 5°C and 12°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 8°C in a non-metallic container, covered in its oil, and consume within 3 days
