Our Rioja Reserva from the premium Alavesa region in North Eastern Spain is a great choice to go with our T-Bone steak. Full of dark berry fruits with hints of mocha, soft cinnamon and smooth vanilla, this full-bodied red wine’s fine tannins perfectly complement the flavours of the beef.



Our dry-aged T-Bone Steak is perfect for sharing. If you’re torn between which cut of steak you prefer, our T-Bones as a brilliant choice. They combine both a delicious sirloin with a tender, mouth-watering fillet. A distinctive T-shaped bone separates these two prime cuts of beef, giving this fantastic steak its name and adding a tasty, beefy flavour.

Juicy and flavoursome, these beef steaks are amazing whether grilled, fried or barbequed.

For the best results, season your steak generously on both sides with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Grill over a barbecue or pan fry for about seven minutes on each side. And leave to rest. Serve medium rare and juicy, with lemon wedges and a drizzle of olive oil. Simplicity at its best.
