Our Toulouse Sausages are made from the finest pork mixed with a carefully selected blend of herbs and spices. Perfectly balanced with wonderful garlic flavours.
These tasty French sausages are delicious cooked on their own. Or when paired with puy lentils or mash potato for a substantial meal that all the family will love.
However, our Toulouse Sausages really come into their own when used in a cassoulet – that comforting French rustic stew. Made with white beans, confit duck and pork. A rich, slow-cooked delight packed full of fantastic meaty juicy flavours. Simply serve with some warm crusty baguette so you can mop up all that fantastic sauce. Enjoy an all-time favourite and classic from French cuisine.

Although nearly any food is capable of causing an allergic reaction, only the bellow listed foods account for 90 percent of all food-allergic reactions. These foods are:
- Cereals containing gluten, namely: wheat (such as spelt and Khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats
- Crustaceans for example prawns, crabs, lobster, crayfish
- Eggs
- Fish
- Peanuts
- Soybeans
- Milk
- Nuts; namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia (or Queensland) nuts
- Celery (including celeriac)
- Mustard
- Sesame
- Sulphur dioxide/sulphites, where added and at a level above 10mg/kg in the finished product. This can be used as a preservative in dried fruit
- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid

Storage: Store chilled at 3°C.
Cooking: Cook thoroughly until piping hot and juices run clear.
