Serve on toasted brioche or Poilane bread and watercress. Use two spoons to create quenelles and arrange the ingredients on a plate. Great for starter or for canapés.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.

  • Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
  • Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid

    This Terrine Trout with Almonds, is turning out to be one of my best buy at the moment. The trout is very tasty and as a paste I find it versatile l. Being a pesce-pollotarian, when it comes to shopping with someone like Urban Merchants, choices can be limited. So 4 stars for this one.
