Description

Barber’s Farmhouse Mature Truffle Cheddar Cheese is the perfect way to add a touch of luxury to your festive cheeseboard this Christmas. The Barber family make this wonderful cheese by hand using traditional methods. And have been producing award winning cheeses in Somerset for many generations.

Made from premium West Country milk sourced from grass-fed cows, this aged Somerset Cheddar is flavoured with the Black Summer Truffles. The result is a delicious cheese that has the rich nutty characteristic of a mature cheddar infused with lovely earthy notes.

You can enjoy this cheese on its own or pair it with some warm crusty bread, crackers and fruit. Try it with some fresh figs or ripe pear and a drizzle of honey. You can also use it to add extra layers of flavour and depth in a variety of dishes. So why not treat yourself to a decadent truffle cheese toastie or how about a truffle-infused Macaroni and Cheese. Or simply shave some over your favourite pasta dish or jacket potatoes for a delicious indulgent treat!

Barber’s Farmhouse Mature Truffle Cheddar Cheese is a firm favourite among cheese lovers. This wonderful artisan cheese is perfect for giving as a gift. Or simply enjoying with friends and family over the festive season.
