Our Tuscan Sausage Trio are super tasty and come in three fantastic flavours – Fennel, Rosemary and Chilli. All three sausages are made from a traditional Italian recipe that uses only the finest pork seasoned with a blend of aromatic herbs and spices. And will bring the unmistakable aromas and flavours of Tuscany to your barbeque or table.
Simple to cook, delicious to eat and wonderfully versatile. Fried, grilled or barbecued, these Italian sausages are great to eat on their own. They also make a delicious addition to all your favourite Italian dishes.
Our Tuscan Sausages with Fennel are a classic combination. Wonderfully aromatic, the fennel adds a hint of sweetness. And is perfect to use in an authentic Bolognese Sausage Ragu Sauce. Serve with Tagliatelle and a generous sprinkling of Parmesan.
If you want to rustle up a rustic Italian casserole, stew or soup, why not use our Tuscan Sausages with Rosemary. They are succulent, juicy and packed full of flavour. Simply serve with some warm crusty bread to mop up all that delicious sauce.
Our Tuscan Sausages with Chilli are a great choice if you are looking to add a spicy twist to your favourite Italian meals and pasta. Try using them in a Sausage Risotto or crumbled on top of a pizza for that extra kick of flavour.

- Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
- Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
